By enrolling in the 7-Day Free Trial (“Trial”) for The Christian Dating Academy (the “Service”), offered by Wynn At Love LLC (“Company”), you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Trial Period:

This Trial is available only to new subscribers who are at least 18 years of age. The Trial begins on the day you sign up and continues for seven (7) consecutive calendar days (“Trial Period”).

Automatic Billing and Cancellation:

If you do not cancel before the end of the Trial Period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the then-applicable subscription fee will be charged to your designated payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the Trial Period without incurring any charges.

No Obligation to Continue:

You are under no obligation to continue your subscription after the Trial Period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the Trial Period ends. Cancellation instructions are provided in your user account or may be obtained by contacting the Company’s customer support.

Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Trial Offer at any time and without notice. Any changes will not affect the Trial you have already started, unless such changes are required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wynn At Love LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Trial terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Company’s Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any additional policies and guidelines published on the Company’s website.
